Creating dinner from what's in stock!

Some friends at church are organic gardeners and they bring "offerings" from their garden each Sunday for folks to sample. I took a huge half of a green cabbage (so sweet) and some tomatillos home with me. Here's what I made with these ingredients.
Grilled Fish Tacos with Green Tomatillo Salso!!!

I marinated some Costco Tilapia in some lime, cumin, red pepper flakes, black pepper and olive oil. Todd then sprayed the grill really well with PAM.
The Fish was Spectacular flaked into the corn tortillas which I heated in foil in the oven at 350 for 15 minutes.
On the tacos I made a cabbage slaw with some sour cream, taco spices, orange marmalade and rice vinegar, s & p chilled.
The Green Sauce was made by boiling the tomatillos and pulsing in the food processor with lime, lime zest, jalapenos, and cilantro - amazing!
Served with my Mexican Spanish Rice ~ onion, carrot, rice sauteed with Jasmine rice - add salt and H2O, some homemade red salsa (containing tomatoes, jalapenos, cilantro s& p and cracked red pepper) also made in food processor. Sometimes a little Pico Pica sauce. MUST CONTAIN CARROTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
